Morning vitamin routine (8.31.2016)

TMJ: I had a random interview today with a consulting company that contacted me via LinkedIn. It went well! Definitely better than yesterday.

I also finally started a vitamin routine I’ve been wanting to do for a while. Every morning I take:

  • 1 shot of Apple cider vinegar 
  • Spritulina 
  • Vit B and vit D
  • Green tea with ginger and turmeric 

What a (nasty) way to start a day (but so goooood).

Oh, and we had Korean food for dinner on the upperwest side, Nomnomnom.

WILT: Ben Frankin  and I have something in common- The Benjamin effect- a way to befriend people who don’t like you by asking them for a favor. I’ve been doing this since I can remember. After all, how can someone hate you if they think you think they’re helpful/smart?

I heard this quote by the founder of  the Habitat for Humanity today: ‘It’s easier to act your way into new way of thinking than to think your way into a new way of acting’.
